K: No, that's up to you.
L: We do have to give them logistical support.
K: Alex thought the other items already covered logistics.
L: We have to give them that. I don't see any reason not to give them that.
The next sentence "and to syxexigx strengthen the VN program. in
K: We prefer that. The President prefers that.
L: If we raise the idea that there are more forces then raised by the President--
(? )
K: That would be good. Would you make sure State knows that?
L: We will see that it goes out that way.
K: You will coordinate with State or should we?
L: It might be better if you did. I will get Pursley to call Haig.
