To get our back broken on this will have consequences far beyond.
F: Hanoi is bouncing this around the night newspapers. The official NVN press
says 100.
K: You may believe it but I haven't seen it.
F: Out of Tokyo it says more than 100.
K: I have asked Mel to have Henken give you as much as he can.
F: If the U.S. is changing itts policyit's rather hard for a newspaper toxgrxxx forget
it.
K: If we were talking about daily orcurances here I wouldn't be talking to you. This
is one of those things in which I am talking as Henry Kissinger.
F: It's a hell of a lot of weight on us.
