Bill, I have checked with Mel. They are not going to the
coast or Dong Hoi. It is the same principle as the other
one. Just for your own information, we turned it off on our
own yesterday. The President ordered it put on again when
he heard about it. At any rate, it is within the same principles
as the other one.

Is it going ot isn't it?
K:
It is as I told you. Dong Hoi was something within 20
miles of the border on the Laotian side.
