We are having
a briefing for the House and Senate foreign relations committees and
we want a rather technical briefing by the military. But, given their
argument that the military is pushing us into it, we wondered whether
Vogt would be the right man.
W: I think SO.
K: Do you think that's the right way to do it?
You know Fulbright
will go out on the step S and say we heard from thearchitect of this disaster-
Wheeler.
W: No, I think that's fine. Mel knows about this?
K: Mel is on his way to Georgia.
W: I didn't know that.
K: I'll tell Packard now.
W: Yes, just let Packard know.
