TELCON Adm. Moorer/Kissinger 12:45 pm 5/27/70 (This was on the secure phone. The stenographer could only hear Adm. Moorer and came in on the conversation about mid-way.) discuss ion M: As far as they need. If the President in his Suharto understands that the arrangements are being made on the missile and he (Suharto?) appreciates this (so it doesn't have to be worried about.) They don't want this to be a part of the bargaining or military aid. They want it as part of cooperation with the U.S. We have made arrangements and the President needn't be bothered. He understands. Andhe is pleased.
