McDonnel this afternoon.
Ehrlichman: Did it do any good? Is he going to eat something?
HAK: He might eat something.
Ehrlichman: What - crow?
HAK: He might. I went there with Len Garment.
Ehrlichman: You can charm the ?????? We have a hijacking, Henry.
HAK: Yes, I know. That's your problem.
Ehrlichman: But he's asking for you. We have a car outside the
west basement. We want you to go out there and keep him from killing
some people.
HAK: Is he at Dulles or ??????
Ehrlichman: Dulles, you can make it in 45 minutes. He wants $100
million. We only gave him 100 thousand and he came back to get the
rest. We are going to tell Laird that the Defense Department must
buarantee ???? budget ?????
HAK: I don't know what you are talking about. I have to go to a Russian
movie.
Ehrlichman: Oh, you're going to that. declined.
HAK: You aren't going?
Ehrlichman: No, I'm going home and visit my family.
HAK: I want to run into Dobrynin.
Ehrlichman: I know. OK, Goodby.
HAK: Goodby
