Even take duds SO they can be reworld P: So get the SVN to get them into combat, They said the Cambodians had the worst casualties and that's fine because the other side is having them too, This is what the Germans did with the Russians, K: "logistic supplies and imput are to be minimal for the rest of the year. 11 P: The drop is significant. Be sure Halseman understands. K: Sisco called Kay Graham and Genex Patterson but told them (that no authority at State had ever said something re an article in the Post and although he didn't expect them to release their source, if they could give their word that there was a source, he would take their word for it and track it down.) He will go on "Meet the Press" Sunday. P: Joe believes it. K: He says we must do something tough this week with the Russians, They have moved up to the canal. He is even tougher than we are. P: This plane thing is serious. K: Sisco is harder line than we are, P: This nonsense about a delicate deal with the Arabs. The Arabs will be the same whatever we do. He was rough on Syria and UAR but it doesn't make a difference, K: Sisco said it's better not to be in a position of showing panic, P: When are you seeing your friend? K: This afternoon.
