I think it's going to be released.\nI\nhave never heard it isn't.\nM: They themselves get an interview out of it saying that their study suggested\nclosing down some universities. And if the President ¹ refused to release it they\nWO uld release it.\nK: I don't know the details.\nM: The only reason I wanted to get to you I wanted to read to you what I said to\nScranton. I suggested he can get in touch with like Wm. Roth in Calif because\nhe opposed Reagan and stayed in favor. What I said about you and\nin\ntheir letter: \"I think part of the commission should look at student unrest in\nEngalnd, France, and Scandinavia. ? ? ? ? Thereby expand. ? ? ?\n?\nI fear Ehrlichman only presents one approach. The fact that Henry Kissinger\ncomes form an academic background, he might have an interest. ? ? ? ?\nI feel the effect nationally would be doubled. 11\nK: That's fine.\nM: But if these others release a report prior to that, it will kill it.\nin\nK: But we are not a tough spot to stiffle it.\nM: Maybe if you announced that the Scranton document needs to be released in\nconjuction.\nK: The other document is very superficial.\nM: They will feed a lot of people. I am suggesting that in any real way that some-\nthing that could come out of the WH is that they intend to release the Scranton\nmowever\ndocuemnt. But XXXX I thought if we said we wixx are working looking at student\nunrest internationally as well, it would take some of the guts out of these guys whox\nVX are screaming about Berkley and Columbia because this could destroy any\ngood of the Scranton document.\nK: I will see what I can do and probably see you the Sunday a week and definitely\na week from Monday."
