C: Yes, the war that nobody awanted.
K: I wonder who said that.
C: I wonder too. I think it may have been tyu. Going back to Delhi,
what might happen now?
K: The Soviets have never found it an unsuperable problem to convey
their ideas to us.
C: Have you had such a communication?
K: Not yet.
C: Do you look for it?
K: Probably in the next month.
C: Was this a secret thing?
K: Not very. If you want to keep something secret, you don't talk
about it in Delhi, especially during the summer when their brains are
addled anyway.
C: If you were taking a move like that, wouldn't it be possible for a time
to use if only for propaganda advantage?
K: Yes, but the time for little propaganda moves is over. If the Soviets
were to pull a ploy that doesn't change the situation at all they would kxx use
up all the xxxdixxxxx credit they have left.
C: One more question: It wouldn't have anything to do with the post-
ponement of the 24th party congress?
K: No.
