K: In light of one of the comments you made on modifications and positions I
hadn't explained to you. There's one feature of the proposal that was developed
after I spoke to you which doesn't change the basic principal which you should
know we are on the equivalte equivalents but within the ceilings, each side should
have a ceiling on the number. On the large ones within the separate ceiling
we have asked for the possiblity also for ours. We don't have that fully
