K: It isn't possible that my staff is holding it up. It must be in
State. I can control my staff but I can't control State. But I am going
to get after that imenadiately. I am going to move it this week.
S: Okay, and do you have anything on the trip to Russia?
K: Don't take it now.
S: Abandon the idea?
K: Wait a few weeks. In September it might be great. I have it
in mind. And I have moved a paper to the President recommending that
we go ahead on the Union Carbide thing. It hasn't come back yet.
S: What about the other?
K: I think Union Carbide had the best case.
S: Okay, I will call you tomorrow if I find there's anything we've
left out.
