S: Well, I must say I haven't seen the fine print from Cairo. I will reserve
judgment. If it's borne out it's bettern than I would have expected.

Anytime they bitch about what the President and Sisco and
Kissinger are doing, we probably know we are under their skin. Was my
conversation with Nasser taped! Now I am being xgx quoted and no one took notes
at the meeting. Will we say today now we should proceed?
K: I haven't seen it on his bitching about us.
S: I will send it over. We will try to figure out how we convince Israel. My
judgment is that this will shake up the

K: There;s no problem about that. If some of the people had realized we had
to BXXX build a record --
S: If we can produce this it will be for this Administration the first major
pex breakthrough on this since the June war. The next step is bringing the
Israelis abroad.
