S: It would be very helpful. You thinking about how we should react
to their proposal to wind up

K: I would think that you should put the onus of winding up on them.
Make sure that they have the responsibility for winding up.
S: [didn't understand]
K: I don't suppose you can keep them if they don't want to stay.
S: There's a possibility of winding up without Khee it.
K: But to get as much of a response from them as you can.
S: Okay, and if you can get that paper out today that would be first rate.
