R: I don't know whether there's anything on this or not or maybe you
already know but I am afraid of booby traps-I feel I should pass it on.
K: That was very much appreciated that time.
R: I heard through the AF that Mendal Rivers who has been Calif. 's friend--
I understand that he feels he has been had or done by in this delay or no
decision and word has been passed to Gen. Juarado that a House Committee
on NATO and that he is a stalwart of the Administration and they may be
surprised in a couple of weeks.
K: Let me look into it. I admire your intelligence system.

R: I am glad I have an exceptional system.
K: It hasn't failed yet. I enjoyed seeing you the other day.
R: That was most enjoyable and re-assuring. It's good to know life isn't
as easy as the faculty would have you think. How are things?
K: We are making a liettle progress. We will be in touch and I will look
into this.
