Henry - is your office working on the list for your Mexican
dinner?
HAK:
Did you say my dinner - please try to have someone below 65
sitting next to me. I will check this out, but I believe Dwight
Chapin should be working on this - and we will work with him.
RMW:
I will try to get someone under 65. Are you the one who will
be negotiating with Dwight? How many people and will they be
staying over night?
HAK:
Dwight Chapin should be doing this.
RMW:
Approximately how many people - no more than 20 total or 20
couples?
HAK:
About 15 couples - total of 30 people.
RMW:
Will they stay overnight. If they come, should we put them in
different hotels? Would they be upset? The security would
be better.
HAK:
They would prefer it. They don't have to worry this way about
who had the better suite. And assume they will be staying over-
night. Tell Bob to keep this in mind for his L.A. dinner also.
I would like someone under 65 sitting next to me.
RMW:
I think you will be stuck with me unless I can find someone else
for you. But I pr omise I will let you chase all the blondes you
want.
