F: Okay, do you have any concern about our negotiations with calling the people holding the hostages "criminals. 11 K: No. F: Okay, does it bother you that we are calling for "condemning"(?) the countries that continue to trade with the involved nations? K: No, my only interest is to know what the President wants and do it. F: I was talking with him; he said he wanted to embargo these countries and Cuba. I said "But Mr. President, we don't trade with Cuba anyway. 11 And he said then we want to embargo the people who fly to them. K: We can't do that. F: I know we can't. Okay, I'11 get a new copy of the draft to you today.
