VP: I know you are busier than I. What's going on? I talked to Al and got the
text as it was developing and points I brought with me. I wanted to be sure

K: Oh. When you get back I will get you up to date.
VP: What I got from Al I assume is up to date.
K: It's exactly us to date. The rest is nitpicks. You haven't become SO
bureaucratic with yet that you will notice the differences. Pxxx Protecting
everyone's position. Essentially the same.
VP: I thought when I looked at it I recognized some of it. I think it's very
important.
K: It's better to
them do it this way but we haven't had much choice.
They will probably not accept it.
VP: I don't think SO. But if I have found out around the country you have to
keep re-stating and eventually people XXXX will understand that we are being
fair.
