That he would support an agreement but quite frankly we have
heard this about an agreement before. I don't know what to conclude
from that. I tell you what
your Ambassador is coming to
see us tomorrow.

What time tomorrow?
K:
11:00 a. m. If he is given clear instructions that you are prepared
to accept categories then we will make a specific proposal to name
what categories. Then if it is accepted in principal, then we can go
ahead but I don't know if it can be done this fast.
Y:
My friend is waiting, can you clarify it more in respect to categories.
K:
A total ceiling, then within each ceiling [categories ? ]. Shift from
one production to another SO we need an agreement in principal that
you will accept by category, then we will [make the proposal]
what categories we want included, then if you accept that we would have
an agreement.
Y:
What is the period of duration of this agreement.
K:
Think we can come to an agreement on that.
Y:
Think it can be solved.
K:
Yes.

This situation of categories, repeat --
you know the trouble with
