K: I just wanted x to tell you that we told Sisco and Yost to introduce a
resolution along lines of what we discussed the other day and to discuss it
with your Foriegn Minister first.
R:
We have your text. Yost presented it this morning to our Foreign Minister.
We have got some of our suggestions which we have discussed in the last two
hours.
will be in touch with the Foreign Minister in a few minutes
and we have been in touch with the Prime Minister on the West Coast. We would
like to see some changes.
K: I don;t like to use the WH on technical stuff but if there's a real problem,
we will.
R: Of the 3 elements the firstisn't a problem. Thesecond, what leaves ? ?

K:
That's deliberate.
R: The third is a departure from the ceasefire and puts the ceasefire xx which
was unlimited in a different way. Makes it limited.
K: Point that out strongly to Sisco and we will look at it sympathetically,
