TELECON Mr. Kissinger/Secy. Packard 7:20 p. m., November 5, 1970 K: Dave, I called you about the DPRC meeting. We don't seem to be able to get various packages out of your people. P: Did you get an outline from Toddner (sp?)? K: No. P: I will get something over to you first thing in the morning. Put a little emphasis on the economic and budget aspects of it. Mel and I have been thinking about force levels up but get all we want. K: We wanted to get the various ways of doing it. P: Let me get something over to you first thing in the morning. If you have some questions I will be glad to explain. Sorry I was so late getting to you. K: That's all right Dave, I knew you were out.
