I think it would be a good idea if you cleaned it up a bit -- taking out the parts that are personal to the President -- andthen put it to other principals. L: That's all right with me. K: I have read it with the greatest interest. It's a very thoughtful paper. L: Has the Presdient K: It's in the President's reading. He would have read it in Key Biscayne, but the deGaulle thing threw everything off. Let's give him a week to go over it. L: Okay.
