S: Phil Habib just called from Paris. The DRV in a press conference stated that
they will not attend the session Wed. and have postponed it to the 3rd of Dec. The
PRG telephoned to our delegation saying the same thing. The DRV is coming to the
mission in
minutes. Habib feels we should accept it without X comment. I
wanted to make sure there are no other views.
K: That's good. That's a rather mild reaction.
S: Expecially under the circumstances.
K: They didn't keep us guessing for over a week.
