R: I want to go over this case of understandings with you. I agree these
two paragraphs would give rise to disputes but I don't think it will make much
difference. They question the whole understanding. I think it's wordy.

K: That's good. The only thing I suggest was that we list what we did. That
sentence of Nov. 14 adds to it.
R: Any reservation about the Harriman, Vance one?
K: No, that's good.
R: Thank you. The coverage has been good. I hate to think what would have
happened if we hadn't had the list.
K: A whole day of speculation. Fulbright at least handled it well.
