K: They have been tough to deal with.
F: The military and foreign aid will get through.
K: Then in that case it will probably go the way you think it should.
F: The other things I don't think they are ready to pass. It would be just
further frustration.
K: The purpose of this call was to wish you a Happy and successful New Year.
F: And I hope we will be successful in our various policies. Good luck and
thanks for calling me.
