L: (cont) off. I got a briefing on WSAG yesterday. Tom Moorer should have
known I took the limitations off. It's in the execute.
K: That's what I thought you had done.
L: I had. To discress take an hour discussing something like that -- I told him
that was xxxtxxx already off. Then set up that B-52s on Laos.-
K: I agree with you on that.
L: I think we have that well in hand. I watch that every single day.
K: Everyone is working well on that.
L: I told you a week ago.
K: I was the execute but I didn't know if it applied to Laos.
L: To the whole thing. Some of our friends think it's gxax targets. We have a
shortage of targets and not sorties. I am concerned about troops.
K: I will have the President lined up on it.
L: I am afraid of a disagreement between the President and me and I don't want to
be too much of a hawk.
