P: I've got another crisis on this God damn UK thing. I think you almost
have to listen to this.
K: I have to get off to a dinner.
P: It is so God damn complicated. I am not sure I understand. They
say they will give us ten days. However, if they give us ten days we
must agree not to obstruct them in going to GATT. I think you almost
have to listen to this guy Deane Hinton in my office to be sure we under-
stand this. What they are saying is if we don't agree to that they will go
to GATT.
K: Alright come over.
