I said why? Then ked said how can you decide on your position without having
the Thant report. He said it's only our judgment. I said how can you have
judgement without having the data or the facts. IT might be changed.
K: I understand you view. You k can be sure that it will --
R: Make clear that I am not quoted wrongly.
K: I will correct any misapprehension that exists. It will be set straight.
Don't worry about that.
