Moorer is at a banquet.

Don't bother him.

I did talk to him this afternoon about it and he thinks they will be
able to get it off within the 72-hour authority.
P:
Right.
K:
We will look at the weather.
P:
Come in the first thing in the morning and let me know, I will be in
at 8:00 a. m. I think this is a critical moment, after Friday we can't
do it.
K:
Put off the meeting with Dobrynin till Monday, partly at his request
because he is coming in with a big request for Berlin and I need time
to study it.
R:
We got till Monday then.
K:
So if this
P:
I think these reports out about Helicopters Pilots and
I think this is a job. Haig better get up there.
K:
Haig is there, I will get a message to him but it will be hard to get
to him before he gets back tomorrow night. Hanoi radio may be doing
this for their own domestic purpose which may be in deep trouble too.
P:
Could be.
K:
We just haven't had any reports that will substantiate this and usually
you have something to substantiate this sort of thing.
