K:
It is a great tradegy - - it would have been a political plus for
psychological reasons.
V:
at which point they are most vulnerable to missiles.
We can do it if it is to a psychological advantage to do it.
K:
But we would have to order it. Would it have a military advantage?
V:
Militarily no. But we can really bang it up to make it worldwide
if it is to a psychological advantage. In other words, if political
gains were worth it.
K:
It would have been a tremendous political gain to do it now.
V:
When the smoke clears, it will be a big plus.
K:
After taking all this from them and not doing anything.
V:
I suspect they realize there is a weather problem here, but I do
think when the last chapter is written on this operation is in the
plus column.
K:
But we needed this.
V:
