I doubt that it will happen but it doesn't hurt to say that they are being planned. P: It will keep the enemy on guard and pin down the forces. K: Absolutely. You will see from that paper. We believe that there is now 1/3 of what they need will get through this year. Between 1/3 and 1/2. We cannot know exactly until the next years dry season. By that time we will not have substantial forces in there. P: At that point they are fighting them. K: I met with a group of POW wives this morning. That is always psychologically difficult.
