K: The President asked me to give you a little preview of the speech. He is
going to announce that he will withdraw 100, 000 by Dec. 1. A step up. Refuse
a deadline for final withdrawal. He will give a strong appeal at the end, saying
only way we can make it meaningful is to go the extra bit of road (?) that's needed.
It's a strong speech and we have to see kowxwesk who will follow the trumpet.
It's too late to join klax McGovern at this stage.
C: That boat is loaded.
