U.S. agree to with-\ndraw military personnel ? ? ? all ground, air and\npersonnel.\n? ? ? ?\" He goes on to say that he is of the strong opinion that it will actifate\nagreement between North and South Vietnam and end the war. Story needs an\nadministration reaction. Whether this has any merit or what objection would be.\nHAK: I prefer not to comment. This is a variation of what he said before. For guidance, it's silly to say we are missing great\nopportunities because of stabborness.\nK: Then the WH wouldn't comment after Cliffor thing is announced?\nHAK: That's probably.\nwill\nK: You axes here more of it.
