K: I am sorry I had to take another call. On the announcement one of our handicaps
is that no one in our govt. knows about it. That process will be triggered on
Monday and over a period of a week a progression of moves that will be modified.
The other party can madifix notify you this(? )
H: They are getting anxious. The way I wrote to them --
K: I needed their OK to trigger the formal request which is more important then
the announcement. We will go through normal proceedures on Monday and ask
fox his host govt. We will ask two days for you and expand it as necessary and it will
be 8th and 9th.
H: I will say not to worry and being set in motion.
K: It's firm.
H: OK. There's the extension over there.
K: Tell them nothing to worry about.
H: I willbe there this afternoon.
K: And give a copy of what you have to Col. Kennedy.
H: The usual deputy will not be there?
K: He is on vacation.
H: When are you coming back?
K: Sunday night. I will discuss this with President in Key Biscayne SO it will
be helpful to have it.
H: I don't expect it tonight. I think it's coming on a plane from Paris last night.
K: If x it comes in today, please call me immediately.
