K: I don't know whether you say the bulletin yet, but it will be
reaching you any minute. The President is going on TV with a statement
about 10:30 this evening your time. He hasn't said what it's about, but
everyone will be grinding around trying to find out. We want no specula-
tion of any kind from any department on any basis, and no analysis after
on any basis. It's as solemn an order as he's given.
H: I'11 insure it right now. And I'll see you tomorrow.
K: Good. And I want to see you alone for about 15 minutes tomorrow.
H: Okay, before or after the meeting?
K: Let's do it after.
