R: They just want him to tell them if there's a responsiveness.
K: You I would talk with seriously and I have never heard of Coleman. I will
promise you and you can promise them it was taken seriously. We will do our
best to encourage it and produce bodies.
R: They have a conference in Hot Springs or something in mind withx where
they
can talk quietly.
K: I will strongly support it.
R: I will get the message back to them through Colemena.
K: But tell them to make one central proposition. You never know who to deal
with.
R: I get the edges of the swarm even here.
K: I hear that Sato is sending a special emissary and I see him secretly and it
leaks and they send one also to every Cabinet member. That's what we are up
against.
R: You will have that problem with all politicians there. The bureaucracy as such
are below the Cabinet level.
K: We need improved communications. Get word to Coleman and have someone
formulate a proposition. Let me know when you are down here next. I want to
talk about some of these things.
R: I will.
