W: I have what you wanted to convey. HK: Not before the 30th! Is it your understanding that these advance people -- that they have agreed to technical people coming along. W: No, I did their side will give a HK: Yeah. What I meant -- you know, the communicator and SO forth. W: Haven't got anything -- unless you interpreted something they said. HK: Actually from this you can not conclude either that they approve or disapprove. W: I can not. HK: Yeah. W: I understand they are actually HK: The mood was cordial though. W: Fairly cordial. HK: No, no; it is going to get tougher. We are doing some highly objectionable things. Can you stand by for 15 minutes, I have got to call the President.
