wasn't going to do that.
K: I remember it well.
L: At breakfast hesaid go ahead but I can't do everything he wants unless he
gives me a memo.
K: I will check on it. I will talk about it more. The President x laid into
Gromyko about linking to offensive things and on the missile xbxxxx build up.
