If I were you I would watch Ulam Bator.
F: Can you give us any dates for our dealings with the Chinese.
K: Don't mention me !
F: Hell no.
K: I would say early half of that period.
F: Just about the time the debate starts?
K: When is that?
F: The 18th [?].
K: I guess.
F: But you don't see any cross-current from that?
K: No.
F: kxitx Is it all technical?
K: I am sure that there will be some substantive discussions.
F: What are you going to arrange for the press?
K: We've got to find some way to exclude the New York Times.
F: Especially Max Frankel.
