in 45 minutes which we would appreciate your holding until then. May

B: Marvelous.
K: I just wanted you to know about it. You have been a very good
friend to all of us.
B: I appreciate that and I am elated. That's marvelous. I am sure
some good will come of it. Full speed ahead!
Henry, we are debating
whether to debate with Jim Buckley on this
target capabil-
ity. He may not even cart (?) xxxxx it up to a vote. But if youthink it would
be useful I will cancel some other things and do it.
K: It's an unfortunate issue to debate. We have no strong view one
way or the other. I mean we won't do it.
B: I don't want to give it too much. He may not even press it to a
vote anyway.
K: There is no need on our side.
B: Okay, thank you.
