K: You said if I couldn't tax speak to you you would have to call State.
R: That was not intended for your ears and not as a threat. The Finance
Minister of Nationalist China is having lunch with us today. We have a
Rxx representative office there and applied for a branch and understand they
will let us have a branch and my inclination is to say we want to go ahead.
I just wanted to touch base with you.
K: That's fine.
R: No harm?
K: No harm.
R: We can always close it g again.
K: I see no reason to humiliate them more.
R:
kxaxexxxx Even if it doesn't become what we thought it would. Thrilled

that the President NYXX did with the Ministers of Finance and governors.
