S: I appeared before Jackson yesterday. Did he say something last night.
K: Said politically not acceptable to make deal you have in mind.
S: prefer a
2-1.
NK: As much as I like you on this issue you are an addict.
S: I want to report to you what leading senators say. I am not advocating
anything.
K: He is violently opposed to offensive. He doesn't see why we make a treaty
on offensive and nothing on defensive.

S: Ask him why a moratorim on submarines.
K: I don't dougt he said it. I am sure this is his view.
S: I don't think unacceptablity of other is much.
K: I am on your side on this arguement with Defense. I wouldn't say that
anything like that is acceptable.
S: I don't think Defense thinks so either.
