Proposals submitted for the President to put quotas and tarrifs unilaterally. HAK: This put the pressure on him. The only thing I want to know is whether you are going to keep me in mind in $73. PP: Oh yes, maybe with a PR firm. PP: But now the Senate Finance Committee has passed this and the 11 problem is very delicate what is this, you are submitting proposals and the President hasn't seen it?
