I was thinking of having Finch in to give me a report. I think
we should get it done. When are you free?

I can do it about 5:30. I was going to see Gerry Schecter about
the cover. I could start with Schecter and then come in when you are
ready to see Finch.
P:
Why don't you start with Schecter. On Finch, maybe we could
do it in the morning. What time are you briefing?
K:
In the afternoon.

Has it been announced?
K:
Only generally. We have everyone agreed to cut off of arms
aid. State will announce it at noon on Wednesday.
P:
Your idea was very good. State should announce it.
K:
We have a choice -- to cut off everything or just new licenses.
