W: What do I X say if the ask about the latest Anderson thing on letters from
Myer?
K: No comment.
W: What about the bomb in the restaurant last night.
K: Must have left when it happened. Know nothing about it.
W?
Shall I say you and Ushiba in most the meetings?
K: On all of the time.
W. Sato went ovee to the conference room afterwards.
K: That's not to be discussed.
W: If the Japanese release it I wil say --
K: Don't comment. Say you will check on it. The Japanese won't release it.
They never have.
W: Herb Klein wants to talk about the Anderson papers with you.
K: I will not discuss it. Tell him it's the duty of colleagues to protect me
and I will not discuss it. Tell him to discuss it with Ehrlichman and Haldeman.
W: Shall I say a joint communique tomorrow?
K: Yes.
