HK: The thinking here is with all the stuff happening this week and next and
the Annual Review coming up, the best time to do it is within two weeks after our
return from China, if you would still be interested.
MK: Yes, very much.
It would be better before
HK: But more documents may have leaked by then.
MK: That is not what I'm after.
HK: I know.
MK: But that is the decision?
HK: That is the decision. If you all raise it after China we will be prepared
to set a date.
MK: All right, and on that other thing
HK: That they haven &t answered yet. How should I answer the question

MK: Because I'm SO nice.
HK: And SO good to the Administration?
MK: Always a supporter of jusgice.
HK: Seriously, that may be the hangup. Think of a good answer.
MK: This may be an opportunity to do the kind of thing the two of us can do.
HK: The long one we will do.
MK: And on the briefer thing
I was under the impression
that we were
almost certainly going to do that.
HK: I have a firm policy that I don't do these things on my own.
MK: Oh, of course. When will this be resolved?
HK: By the end of the week.

are we going to have some kind of sesolution of that this evening?
HK: I don't want to speculate on that. There's been too much of it.
