RK: More extensive timetable to solve that problem.
HK: We haven't gotten into that.
RK: Idea that's gotten around. Withdraw troops in 6 months and on assumption
of peace the military aid can come to end in 2 years.
HK: And they have unlimited military aid. We are prepared to stop military
aid if they will stop accepting military aid. They don't like that.
RK: That' was in the '54 agreement.
HK: I really must go now.
