K: I called you only to tell you I was going to try to get Pete Flanigan
sorted out and his nose was out of joint that I dealt directly with you.
I think we got the basic agreement now. I told Dobrynin to call you
tomorrow. If you see him on Wednesday get it set up the way we
discussed.
P: I think the best solution is for the three of us to sit down once in a
while -- there is so much political it is hard to separate. Did you get
the note I sent you?
K: Yes, but I have not read it yet.
P: This is something you said you wanted for the President.
K: I will get it to him.
