I just wanted to tell you if you would send up a book or tow I would get
to reading them.
K:
I will do that. I am seeing Dobrynin this afternoon. He has just
requested an appointment but I think it's to deliver that message he
said this morning was on the way.
P:
What time?
K:
4:30, as soon as he has it decoded.
P:
What did he say this morning?
K:
It was about plans for the summit. I will call you after the meeting.
P:
OK, I will wait. I am inclined to think
K:
They wouldn't choose this way. They WO uld have first made a
public protest about the ship.
P:
I don't think they would trust it in the middle of the afternoon.
K:
We will know in 45 minutes but it will be a little longer before I call you.
I will call you as soon as it is finished.
P:
But when he called you this morning - he said it was about.

Plans for the summit. He interpreted it to mean that it was substance.
P:
The point is - I can see why they don't want us to talk about it.
K:
Exactly, that's why he said don't ask us the question.

They have made a decision and are going to stick with it. What did
