on the action in Bonn today. "The United States Government views with
satisfaction the action taken by the Bundestag today on the Federal Republic's
treaties with the Soviet Union and with Poland. In light of this action we would
hope for an early signature of the final quadripartite protocol which will bring

the Berlin agreement into effect an accord President Nixon described
as a milestone
