July it would be advisable that,
HAK: I will be back from China on the 23rd and during the following
week, you and I should have a long talk.
AR: Well, I will be in Mexico until the 29th.
HAK: Well, I'm leaving on the 30th. Could you come back a day
earlier.
AR: I will try. If it will be on the 29hh, I can arrange maybe to
come on the 28th.
HAK: Yeh, I can meet you on the 29th.
AR: All right.
HAK: Because I will be leaving for the west coast on the 30th and it
might be good if you and I had a talk. But if you could take care of
Javits in a way that satisfies his ego but doesn't get you people
confused that he is representing us.
AR: He will be there on the 6th, 7th, and 5th. Just to give you
an example, he came with a proposal that he meet with the Prime
Minister and a group of ministers together - -the PM was almost
perplexed to him. We'll take care of it.
HAK: Give him the feeling that you are doing something for him because
the WH asked you to, that you wouldn't have done otherwise. But xfberx as to
substance you won't get into any problem with us. We have not fixed view
on that and no need pressure.
AR: All right.
HAK: Good
